Ingredients in Peanut Butter Fudge

Sugar. Use granulated sugar which gives these treats a sweet flavor.

Milk. Use any type of milk although whole milk will taste the best as it will make the fudge much creamier.

Vanilla. A touch of vanilla extract gives this dessert some additional sweetness.

Peanut butter. Creamy or crunchy peanut butter works best. Avoid using natural peanut butter as it will not work with this recipe. I always use creamy Jif for this recipe.

1). Spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

2). Pour the sugar and milk into a medium saucepan and heat over low-medium. Bring the mixture to a boil and once it boils, stir constantly for 3 minutes.

3). Turn off the heat and add the vanilla and peanut butter. Stir the mixture until smooth.

4). Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and let it set. To expedite the setting time, place the dish in your fridge for 30 minutes or until hardened. Once set, slice into squares and serve.
