Watch the kids light up with excitement when they see that they’re creating their very own Oreo Monster Eyeball Pops! These SIMPLE three-ingredient Oreo Monster Eyeball Pops use Double Stuf Oreo cookies, green melting wafers, and different sizes of candy eyes. My family loves to make these all fall long, but particularly in October as Halloween and the spooky season grows near. This is one of my favorite no-bake Halloween recipes as it’s simple and you can get as creative as you like with the colors of the melting wafers, eyeball sizes. For an even scarier Halloween treat, toss a few sprinkles on top of your eyeball pops.

You can get creative with these by rolling them in sprinkles or by using different colors of melting wafers to achieve the most frightening and monstrous lollipops. Not only can you make spine-chilling faces with candy eyeballs, but you can create any type of lollipop you like—Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, St. Patrick’s Day—you name it! Just modify the melting wafer color and type of sprinkles or decorations used on the lollipops.

Ingredients in Oreo Monster Eyeball Pops

Double Stuf Oreo cookies. You will need 6 Double Stuf Oreo cookies. The Double Stuf cookies work much better than the regular Oreo cookies for this recipe.

Green melting wafers. Melting wafers of any color will work. I found green melting wafers in the baking aisle at Michaels. Amazon sells these green melting wafers.

Lollipop sticks. Any type of lollipop stick will work; I bought these 6-inch lollipop sticks on Amazon.

Variety of candy eyes. Pick up different sizes of candy eyes at Walmart, Amazon, or Michaels. I’ve even been so lucky to find candy eyes at Dollar Tree!

How to make the best Oreo Monster Eyeball Pops

STEP 1: Gently push a lollipop stick through the center of a Double Stuf Oreo cookie. Repeat process until finished. Place the lollipops on a plate lined with parchment paper.

STEP 2: Heat the melting wafers according to package instructions. Use a spoon to cover each Oreo lollipop. Place on parchment paper. Immediately add candy eyes before the melting wafers harden. Allow to set. To expedite the setting process, place them in the fridge for 15 minutes.
