Nutter Butter Flip Flop Cookies (or sandal cookies) are the ideal summer party, kid’s birthday party (or adult birthday party!) or pool party snack or dessert and I couldn’t wait to make them for my annual summer bounce house party! Well, this is only our second August bounce house party but it feels like an annual event and I think we need to make it one! Rather than Nutter Butter cookies taking on their known peanut shape, this version transforms them into flip flops or sandals, making them the ideal summer party snack! The fact that this easy party snack recipe only contains three ingredients and requires no baking or cooking makes this one of my favorite recipes! Because these are always such a popular snack, I'll make them again and again for all future summer parties!

Not only do kids love these peanut buttery and adorable sandal cookies, but adults do too and who can say NO to a peanut butter stuffed sandwich cookie?! My easy snack recipe contains Nutter Butter cookies, white cookie icing, and Mini M&M's and takes less than 10 minutes to make! If you like easy and fun kids snacks, then you’ll love my Teddy Driving Race Cars Chocolate Candy Snack, Teddy on the Beach Cupcakes, and Homemade Strawberry Fruit Roll Ups!
