Hummus Bunny with Vegetables

This adorably healthy and delicious Hummus Bunny with Vegetables—including a huge carrot made of baby carrots is so cute you won’t even want to eat it! I found a bunny mold at the Dollar Tree the other day which I wanted to use for this. Any bunny-shaped bowl or mold will work.

I was thrilled to see my picky toddler eat this healthy veggie tray! Anything animal shaped wins her over which makes me happy.

This plate is healthy and is naturally gluten free, vegan, and low carb, making it suitable for those following an allergy free diet.

How to make the best Hummus Bunny with Vegetables

STEP 1: Fill a bunny-shaped bowl with hummus. Cut two cherry tomatoes in half and stick the cut side facing down as they bunny’s eyes. Cut a small smile out of one of the cherry tomatoes for its mouth. Use a small piece of broccoli for the nose. Set aside.

STEP 2: Arrange the baby carrots into a large carrot shape. Place chopped broccoli florets on top as the stem. Place the bunny-shaped bowl on a large serving tray.

STEP 3: Lie the cucumber rounds flat in the extra space on your tray. Double layer them after you have filled your tray with cucumbers. Sparsely add cherry tomatoes on top. Serve chilled.

How to Make the Best Bunny Pancakes

STEP 1: Prepare the pancake batter and spray a frying pan with non-stick cooking spray.

STEP 2: Cook a large pancake as the body and a smaller pancake as the head. Place the cooked body on a cutting board or large plate, topped with the head. You can also use a baking sheet if it’s extra large. Cook two smaller round-shaped pancakes as the feet, followed by the two ears. If the ears and feet don’t turn out as you had intended, then use a knife to carefully slice off the excess pancake to form round ears and feet.

STEP 3: Tuck the ears under the head and the feet under the bottom of the body.

STEP 4: Using a round ice cream scoop or tablespoon measuring spoon, scoop out butter and place it as the cottontail. Place two sliced banana rounds inside the center of each foot. Add three Bunny Pancakes

These are so cute and loved by kids everywhere, especially my toddler! Her favorite part of eating the bunny were, of course, the white chocolate chips!
