Ok, I was literally blown away by HOW DELICIOUS these Keto Crack Biscuits turned out! Only 4 grams net carbs and 14 grams protein per serving make this one healthy low carb keto treat! Not only that, but they're gluten free and are absolutely mouthwatering! It’s not easy to eat hand-held items while following a keto diet but these definitely fit the bill! If you like this, then you'll love my Keto Bagels, Keto Crackers, and Keto Pepperoni Chips!

They remind me a lot of the cheddar biscuits at Red Lobster, but these are EVEN BETTER if you can believe that! Topped with keto friendly butter, these drool-worthy biscuits taste just like eating bread and trust me, when you’re eating a low carb diet, bread sounds SO TASTY! I don't add any salt to my recipe because the cheeses alone are plenty salty. Trust me - you will not notice that salt has been omitted!

Pin this now to save for later!

My toddler daughter, husband, and I all loved every mouthwatering bite of these. You can slice them in half and dress them with lunch meat, mayo, lettuce, and tomato. You can also halve them, smother butter over them, and add scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese for a scrumptious low carb breakfast that’s quick and easy. We love using leftover Keto Crack Biscuits for quick low carb, protein packed sandwiches on the go, or for a fast and healthy dinner.

Protein-packed Keto Crack Biscuits contain cream cheese, mozzarella, baking powder, eggs, a package of dry ranch dressing mix, basil, parsley, crushed red pepper, pepper, almond flour, and mild cheddar cheese, and are done in less than 25 minutes, making them one quick low carb keto snack!

What can I eat with Keto Crack Biscuits?

You can cut your keto crack biscuit in half and put butter in the center or you can eat them like a sandwich, placing deli roast beef, chicken, turkey, or salami inside the roll. If you do fill your biscuit with deli meat, lather on some mayo, and add a slice of tomato, lettuce, cheese, and avocado slices!

How many handheld bread items do you normally get to eat while following a low carb keto diet? ANSWER: not very many! This is the reason I’m so obsessed with these keto crack biscuits – the recipe possibilities are literally ENDLESS!

How to make the best Keto Crack Biscuits

STEP 1: Preheat your oven and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

STEP 2: Add the cream cheese and mozzarella to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave. Stir until blended and smooth.

STEP 3: Stir in the baking powder, eggs, ranch dressing mix (tip: not ranch DRESSING, but this dry salad dressing mix that comes in a package near the salad dressings), basil, parsley, crushed red pepper, pepper, and almond flour with the cream cheese mixture. Add the grated cheddar and stir well.

STEP 4: Roll the dough into balls and place them in the prepared dish. Sprinkle parsley on top, if desired. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Feel free to brush butter on top before serving. Serve warm.
