Mouthwateringly healthy Feta Artichoke Dip is packed with nutrients and flavor and is naturally low carb and gluten free. My family, toddler included, love eating this delicious appetizer dip with tortilla chips and pita chips. Not only is it a healthy Mediterranean vegetarian appetizer – perfect for a party, game day, or a Super Bowl party – but it only calls for FOUR INGREDIENTS! Does it get any simpler than that for an appetizer recipe?! My heavenly gluten free dip calls for artichokes, basil, Parmesan, and feta cheeses. To make this insanely addicting appetizer dip, you will pour the drained artichokes into the food processor. Also, add the basil, grated Parmesan, and feta. You’ll pulse it for 30 to 45 seconds until the texture is coarse to fine before you’ll pour it into a baking dish to cook in the oven.
