My Easy White Cheese Dip is popular for game day, parties, and for no occasion at all. My low carb, gluten free, protein packed appetizer calls for cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Parmesan, mayo, and diced white or yellow onion. If you’re feeling spicy, feel free to add some black pepper or cayenne. Optional garnishes include diced cherry tomatoes and onion, chives, parsley, and or peppers such as jalapeños or chilies.

Our family loves eating this appetizer dip and we have been known to serve it in a large flour tortilla, with beans, guacamole, pico, and salsa as a burrito. My husband loves dipping baguette slices into the dip as well as serving it up with my Air Fryer Tortilla Chips. There are many possibilities with this easy dip and so many different ways to eat it. It’s mild and kid friendly – our five-year-old daughter nearly inhales this every time I make it!
