I love pies any time of year, but for some reason this summer has really turned me into an even bigger pie person! My three-year-old daughter and husband agree that this one is a total hit! He and I are both eating low carb diets right now and not that this is the most low carb recipe with 22 carbs per serving, but it’s not THAT high either, especially for a sweet treat. Plus, each slice only costs us 164 calories, which, for a decadent chocolate dessert, is NOT BAD AT ALL! Best part about this is that it requires ZERO baking which means you won’t have to turn on your oven on a hot summer day.

How to Make the Best 5-Minute Chocolate Pie

Add one 5.9-oz. package chocolate fudge JELL-O to a large bowl and whisk in 3 cups milk. Whisk for two minutes, until fluffy.

Pour the mixture into the crust and loosely cover it with foil. Refrigerate it until it sets, about 4 hours. Use a pizza cutter to cut into slices. Serve chilled with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
