These adorable and SUPER EASY Coffee Filter Tootsie Pop Ghosts are PERFECT this Halloween! Let the kids have a blast helping create these cute ghosts with minimal items as they exercise fine motor skills. I love this activity because it’s super easy and minimal items are needed to have a blast creating your own Coffee Filter Tootsie Pop Ghosts! You shouldn’t need a lot of money to create fun Halloween kid’s crafts like this. You likely already have the items needed to make these spook-tacular lollipop ghosts.

Coffee Filter Tootsie Pop Ghosts are perfect for Halloween parties, kid’s classroom or daycare parties, and for handing out to trick or treaters. They’re budget friendly and a joy to make. What more fun of a craft than making these with the kids?! My favorite types of crafts are ones that cost next to nothing, and that everyone can afford. I’ve been making these every Halloween as a kid and now, my kid gets to experience us making these every October and hanging them outside in our trees for Halloween! Just grab some string and hang your Coffee Filter Tootsie Pop Ghosts from tall tree branches – it makes such a cheap and festive Halloween decoration!

What I love most about these is that I can make them with my four-year-old and to get rid of them, just hand them out to trick or treaters on Halloween night. It’s a fantastic fine motor activity for toddlers and young kids and they love helping and have a blast participating. To make this bewitching Halloween craft, you will need coffee filters, Tootsie Pops, scissors, ribbon, and a black marker, and about 5 minutes!

Where to buy Tootsie Pops

I prefer to buy Tootsie Pops at Dollar Tree as they’re a fraction of the price compared to buying them elsewhere although you can find them at in the candy aisle of most grocery stores and big box retailers. Amazon also sells them in bulk here.

You do not have to stick with Tootsie Pops! In fact, you can use any type of lollipop, similar in size (such as Blow Pops), so that the head can still be seen.
