Kids and adults go nuts over these and I can see why. It’s really hard to go wrong when Cadbury Mini Eggs are involved. To me, Cadbury chocolate is the BEST chocolate ever made. Add a crispy candy coat to each ball of chocolate and you’ve got yourself some of the best-tasting candy in the world. Toss in some creamy butter and other delicious baked items and you will have yourself one deliciously sweet treat!

I have a love springtime for numerous reasons. The warmer weather is so refreshing especially after a long, cold winter. I enjoy the Easter candy a bit too much, particularly the Cadbury Mini Eggs! Everyone in my family loves these and I’m actually surprised we still have a few left!

Optional Mix-Ins

These bars are versatile in that you can add shredded coconut and chopped nuts of your choice, if you desire! Just cook for the same amount of time.

Ingredients in Easter Cadbury Mini Egg Bars

Butter. Use unsalted or salted butter.

Graham Crackers. Opt for real graham crackers over pre-crushed graham cracker crumbs as the taste is much better.

Sweetened Condensed Milk. Sweetened condensed milk is ultra-creamy and sweet and provides an unsurpassed level of sweet.

Chocolate Chips. Milk chocolate chips add a chocolaty flavor.

White Chocolate Chips. For best quality, use Ghiradelli white chocolate chips.

Cadbury Mini Eggs. The main component of this recipe, Cadbury Mini Eggs are the best chocolate in my opinion. The fact that they’re candy coated makes them even tastier.

How to Make the Best Easter Cadbury Mini Egg Bars

STEP 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C. Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper. Alternatively, you can spray the dish with non-stick cooking spray, but I prefer to line it with parchment paper so that the bars are easy to pull out.

STEP 2: In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter and crushed graham cracker crumbs. Evenly spread the mixture in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

STEP 3: Top with the condensed milk. Add the chocolate and white chocolate chips.

STEP 4: Place the Cadbury Mini Eggs in a zipper bag such as a ziptop freezer bag. Use a rolling pin, hammer, or frying pan to crush them. I used a rolling pin but have used hammers to crush candy in the past. Any of the above will work.

STEP 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Let cool for an hour before serving.

Where can I buy Cadbury Mini Eggs?

I find them at my local grocery store and Walmart but you can also buy them on Amazon here.

Notes

• Although you can buy crushed graham crackers, try not to because they do not taste as good as real graham crackers that you crush.
• You can use any type of chocolate chips. If you prefer all white or all semi-sweet chocolate, feel free to use either one.
• ½ cup butter is one stick of butter which is also 8 tablespoons.
• To warm the butter, heat it in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute. Stir and if not melted, heat in the microwave in 15 second increments, stirring in between, until melted.
