Coleslaw mix. Coleslaw mix (or cabbage) provides numerous health benefits in addition to a crunchy texture.
Carrots. Carrots are packed with vitamin A, antioxidants, and offer a delicious texture in combination with the other ingredients.
Roasted peanuts. Roasted peanuts are salty and crunchy and really elevates the flavors of this wrap recipe.
Cilantro. According to Dr. Axe’s article, cilantro protects the body against oxidative stress which is linked to many diseases including Alzheimer’s, arthritis, macular degeneration, and cancer, to name a few. Cilantro provides a vibrant color and delicious flavor in this recipe.
Chicken breasts. If you don’t feel like cooking chicken, you can use rotisserie chicken.
Tortillas. Large flour tortillas work best in this recipe.
Extra virgin olive oil. Make sure to use high quality extra virgin olive oil as it offers the best taste in this recipe.

How to make the best Chicken Wraps with Honey-Peanut Sauce
STEP 1: Whisk the peanut sauce ingredients (extra virgin olive oil, peanut butter, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, sriracha, and crushed red pepper) in a medium bowl.
STEP 2: In a large bowl, add the coleslaw mix, carrots, peanuts, and cilantro. Stir in the peanut sauce and let the mixture set while the chicken and tortillas are prepared. Letting the coleslaw and carrots absorb the peanut sauce ingredients will make the sauce taste more flavorful.

- 2 tbsp ginger minced
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sriracha
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper

- Whisk the peanut sauce ingredients, which include extra virgin olive oil, creamy peanut butter, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, sriracha, and crushed red pepper in a medium bowl.
